terms of service

welcome to gottogetthat.money (“the service”). by using the service you agree to these terms. if you don’t agree, don’t use it.

1. what we do

we provide a pricing tool for AI creative work. you input a brief and project parameters; we use Anthropic Claude on your behalf to help decode, plan, and discuss the work. you stay in control of what to charge.

2. your account

you’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. one account per person. don’t share your magic-link emails. you must be 18+ or have authority to bind your business to these terms.

3. fair use

each plan has a monthly AI token cap. exceeding it pauses your AI calls until the next billing cycle (or upgrade). automated abuse, scraping, attempts to reverse-engineer prompts, or reselling our AI capacity to third parties terminates your account.

4. your content

your briefs, quotes, client data, and chat messages belong to you. we store them to provide the service and don’t use them to train models. we may run them through Anthropic Claude per their API terms of service (which permit business use of customer data).

5. payments

paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. cancel anytime through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. no refunds for partial months. price changes get 30 days notice via email.

6. client invoices

we don’t process payments from your clients. the share link lets your client view, accept, or reject the quote, and download the PDF — but they pay you directly through whatever channel you already use (bank transfer, paypal, wise, cash). once the money lands, you mark the project paid in your dashboard. invoicing, tax handling, and collection are entirely between you and your client.

7. accuracy disclaimer

the AI advisor and pricing engine output recommendations, not binding quotes. you sign off on every number sent to a client. we don’t guarantee that any quote will be accepted or that any AI tool cost estimate is exact. tool prices change frequently.

8. liability

the service is provided “as is”. our liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. we’re not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost clients, or consequential damages.

9. termination

you can delete your account anytime. we can suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms with reasonable notice. your project data export is available before deletion takes effect.
