faq

do i need an Anthropic API key?+

no. we run all Claude calls server-side. each plan includes a monthly token cap (20k free / 500k pro / 2M studio). hit the cap and AI features pause until the next billing cycle.

how does the client actually pay me?+

however they already do — bank transfer, paypal, wise, cash. we don't process client payments. the share view handles view + accept + reject + PDF download; once the money lands you mark the project paid in your dashboard.

can i export my data?+

yes — full JSON export from /app/settings. and the import works in reverse: paste a localStorage dump from the old .html app and it lands in your account.

what's the legal status of AI-generated work for invoicing?+

you own what you generate. our quotes carry the standard EU VAT reverse-charge note for cross-border. for jurisdictions with specific AI disclosure laws, add a note in your project context or the brand footer in settings.

do you offer custom branding?+

studio plan includes logo + accent color + custom footer on every share view and PDF. pro plan has the no-watermark footer only.

is there a team plan?+

not yet. studio includes 5 seats already provisioned in the schema; the team-invite UI is in the next milestone. send mail if you'd queue.
